As part of our Black History Month celebrations, traditional Jamaican dishes had been prepared by children. Everyone had an enjoyable time preparing the dishes. Parents were invited to sample the culinary delights.

The School Council visited the Drop-in Centre at the New Testament Church in Leyton to deliver Harvest baskets to the community group at the centre. The children read poems they had written and mingled with the group.

Parents and Carers of Reception children were invited to attend a Phonics whole class teaching session. The session complimented the Parent Phonic Information meeting which was held on the 4 October 2011.
